            <ul class="small">
                <li><strong>Scheduled tasks</strong>: the cron line runs <code>schedule:run</code> every minute. If it stops, alerts, reminders, expiry and these charts stop too.</li>
                <li><strong>Background worker</strong>: the <code>hc-v2-queue</code> service sends email and runs checks. It answers a test job every 5 minutes.</li>
                <li><strong>Errors</strong>: details are in <code>storage/logs</code> on the server; each one is also emailed to you.</li>
                <li><strong>Email problems</strong>: addresses Postmark stopped delivering to (Admin → Messages lists them).</li>
                <li><strong>Places database</strong>: MaxMind GeoLite2, for states and cities in the charts.</li>
                <li>Whether the whole site is reachable can only be checked from outside: use an uptime monitor (for example UptimeRobot) on the home page.</li>
