            <li>Build your campaign: image, GIF, video file, YouTube / Vimeo / Wistia / Loom link, or text only.</li>
            <li>Pick who sees it (job categories, countries and states) and set a budget, {{ \App\Models\Campaign::money($rates['min_budget_cents']) }} minimum. Pay {{ \App\Models\Campaign::money($rates['cpm_cents']) }} per 1,000 views or {{ \App\Models\Campaign::money($rates['cpc_cents']) }} per click.</li>
            <li>We review it within one business day. Your card is only held until then; if we don't approve it, nothing is charged.</li>
            <li>It runs until the end date or until the budget is spent. Unspent budget goes back to your card.</li>

        <p class="small muted">A view counts once the placement has been on screen for a second. A click counts once per person per day. Automated traffic is not counted.</p>
