                <li><strong>Build it</strong> and preview it as candidates will see it.</li>
                <li><strong>Choose who sees it:</strong> job categories, countries and states.</li>
                <li><strong>Set a budget</strong> from {{ \App\Models\Campaign::money($rates['min_budget_cents']) }}. Pay {{ \App\Models\Campaign::money($rates['cpm_cents']) }} per 1,000 views or {{ \App\Models\Campaign::money($rates['cpc_cents']) }} per click.</li>
                <li><strong>We review it</strong> within one business day. Your card is only held until then; if we don't approve it, the hold is released and nothing is charged.</li>
                <li><strong>It runs</strong> until the end date or until the budget is spent, paced evenly over the run. Unspent budget is refunded.</li>

            <p class="small muted">Campaigns must relate to healthcare work: education, licensing, gear, housing, insurance and services for clinicians. No income promises, no prescription drugs or supplements, and the landing page must match. Every placement is labelled "Sponsored".</p>
