            <p>healthcareersbot visits the careers pages of hospitals, clinics and other healthcare organizations to find their open jobs, so candidates can find them on healthcareers.app. Each job links back to the employer's own page to apply.</p>
            <h2 class="h3">How it behaves</h2>
            <ul>
                <li>It identifies itself as <code>healthcareersbot</code> with a link to this page.</li>
                <li>It follows your <code>robots.txt</code>, including <code>Crawl-delay</code>. To block it, add <code>User-agent: healthcareersbot</code> and <code>Disallow: /</code>.</li>
                <li>It requests one page at a time from a site, with several seconds between requests, and backs off when a site is busy.</li>
                <li>It reads only public job listings. It doesn't sign in, fill in forms or get around bot checks.</li>
                <li>It looks at each site about once a week and checks listed jobs about once a day, so filled jobs come down quickly.</li>

            <p>Jobs we list this way are marked Unclaimed. If you work there, you can claim your organization from any of its jobs: you then manage the posts, and candidates can also message you. Listing and claiming are free.</p>
