    <h2>How it works</h2>

        <li><strong>Connect.</strong> Choose your applicant tracking system or give us your job feed's address. We read your open jobs straight away, and your Job Sync page shows what we found.</li>
        <li><strong>We post them and keep them current.</strong> Your jobs go live in your own words, as your organization, with the Verified badge. We check for changes about every {{ $hours }} hours: new jobs are posted, edits are updated and filled jobs come down.</li>
        <li><strong>Candidates apply.</strong> Your choice for each connection: {{ collect($applyModes)->map(fn ($m) => lcfirst($m))->implode('; ') }}. Messages come through our private relay, so candidates and your team never see each other's email address, and the <a href="{{ route('no-ghosting') }}">No Ghosting Policy</a> applies: you answer every candidate, even with a short "not a fit".</li>

    <h2>What stays safe</h2>

        <li><strong>A failed read never closes jobs.</strong> If we can't reach your system, your jobs stay up as they are, and we email you if it keeps happening.</li>
        <li><strong>A sudden drop to zero jobs pauses the connection</strong> instead of emptying your jobs from the board, until you check it.</li>
        <li><strong>A job comes down only after it's missing on two reads in a row.</strong></li>
        <li><strong>Your words stay yours.</strong> We post your job descriptions as you wrote them, and only fill in details such as job category and shift.</li>
        <li><strong>The same checks as every post.</strong> A job that trips our scam, discrimination or pay checks is held for a person to review.</li>
