        <p>These terms apply to everyone who uses healthcareers.app, which is operated by {{ config('healthcareers.company.legal_name') }}. By using the site you agree to them.</p>

        <h2>Job posts</h2>
        <ul>
            <li>Posts must be for real healthcare jobs, written in English, and you must be authorized to recruit for the role.</li>
            <li>Posts may not include email addresses, phone numbers, web addresses or social media handles. Candidates reply through our private relay. The Website link upgrade allows one link.</li>
            <li>Posts may not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information or any other characteristic protected by law.</li>
            <li>Where the law requires pay ranges in job ads, you must include one.</li>
            <li>No fees charged to candidates, no requests for payment, bank details or identity numbers before an interview, and no multi-level marketing or commission-only "opportunities" presented as jobs.</li>
            <li>We may hold a post for review, edit its formatting, or remove it if it breaks these terms. Posts removed for breaking the rules are not refunded.</li>
        </ul>

        <h2>Replies and messages</h2>
        <p>Use the relay only to discuss the job. Do not send spam, harassment, or content that is illegal or harmful. We scan messages and attachments for scams and malware, and may block messages or accounts that misuse the relay.</p>

        <h2>Payments and refunds</h2>
        <ul>
            <li>Prices are shown before you pay and are charged by card through Stripe.</li>
            <li>Listings and upgrades start when your post goes live and are not refundable after that, except where the law requires.</li>
            <li>If we reject an ad in review, its full budget is refunded. Unspent ad budget is refunded to your card when the campaign ends.</li>
        </ul>

        <h2>Advertising</h2>
        <p>Ads must relate to healthcare work, such as education, licensing, gear, housing, insurance or services for clinicians. No prescription drugs, supplements, medical claims, or income or earnings promises. The landing page must match the ad. Every ad is reviewed before it runs, and we may pause an ad that later breaks these rules.</p>

        <h2>Your content</h2>
        <p>You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to display it on healthcareers.app, in job alert emails, and in search engines and job search services such as Google for Jobs while it is live.</p>

        <h2>No guarantees</h2>
        <p>We do not employ candidates or verify every employer, and we cannot guarantee that a post leads to a hire or that every post is accurate. Use your own judgment, and report anything suspicious. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.</p>

        <h2>Governing law</h2>
        <p>These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.</p>
